Implement a (non-billable) day of training to familiarize our staff with your offices’ systems, protocols, and policies.

Deploy

Initiate Authorization with the patient’s insurer by collecting relevant patient demographics, Clinical notes, CPT, and ICD codes along with other relevant information like exam/procedure dates.
Contact referring physicians (when needed) for referrals and communicate updates to patients if so desired.
Make available live document updates for clients to check the status of their patient’s authorization status, copay, and secondary insurance obligations.
